What is your return policy?

Don’t Love your purchase? No problem!

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, with hang tag included and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@lovesetmatch.co  – please include your order number and the specific items you want to return in your email. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days (and occasionally longer) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that we will cover the return shipping costs, but the original shipping fees will not be returned.

 If you would like to return your original purchase and exchange for a different size, simply follow the above return instructions and begin a new purchase for your preferred items on lovesetmatch.co

Damages and issues

If your purchase contains any damages or other issues, please alert as soon as possible at orders@lovesetmatch.co and we will work with you to exchange or refund the purchase.

  

Where are your clothes made?

All of our  clothing: skirts, shirts and scrunchies are made in the United States. 

 

Is Love Set Match just for tennis?

No! our collection is designed to be worn on and off the tennis court. Girls can wear and  enjoy our clothing and accessories at school, on a playdate, or while playing another sport. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within the United States and Canada, but are working on shipping to more countries around the world. Please email us at info@lovesetmatch.co with any specific country questions you may have.
